The hearts of Gaye Litton and Tonya Penfield, co-founders of LIVE! Ministries, have been knitted together for over 25 years since they first met at a Married Adults Sunday School class. Each year, their friendship has deepened as they have continued to grow closer to God and to one another.
In 2016, the Lord led them to develop a non-profit company named LIVE! ("Living in Victorious Expectation"). This ministry is devoted to communicating the Holy Spirit’s transformational power for changing lives available to all Believers.
LIVE! held its first official meeting on March 16, 2017 and believe this 3/16 milestone is providential as it points to John 3:16, God’s divine plan of redemption through our resurrected Christ, which is the foundation of LIVE!

Dottie serves as Board Secretary of LIVE! Ministries. Since retiring, she and her husband, Bert, enjoy traveling to admire God's incredible creations and doting on their grandchildren Grayson, Dexter and Sadie. Christ's love has led her to embrace the truth that “the best things in life are not things”.

Karen Mullen***

Karen serves as Board Treasurer for LIVE! Ministries. She is married to Michael and their blended family consists of five sons whom they refer to as the "M&M boys". Karen has a servant's heart and is always open to investing her spiritual gifts and talents for the kingdom of God.

Jen serves as the Program Chair for LIVE! Ministries. She also owns The JPaq Group where she invests her time helping others fulfill their God-given mission and purpose. Jen currently lives with her husband and youngest son, Jonah, in San Antonio.
Jenny serves as LIVE!'s Events Director. She is an artist, wife and mother who is passionate about God's faithfulness. Her desire is to encourage others to see His hand at work in all situations through her new ministry Worship in the Wilderness.
Donna Rullo
Missions Chair
Donna serves as Missions Chair for LIVE! Ministries. She owns Iva Style and Iva Baby boutique and oversees HOPE Missions for an unreached world. Her passion for missions is evident by the her travels to Africa, Ukraine, South and Central America.
Cheryl Wren
Fundraising Chair
Cheryl helps with fundraising and grant support for LIVE! Ministries. She lives in San Antonio and has three daughters and one son. Cheryl's favorite quote is "A woman's heart should be so hidden in God that a man has to seek Him just to find her".

Lydia serves as LIVE!'s Communications Director. Her optimism is contagious and her hope never compromised. She considers every woman to be a Princess as we are all daughters of the King of kings.

Jan Worrell
Ministry Partner
Jan serves as the Women's Minister of Verse by Verse Fellowship Church and her heart's desire is for believers to truly know the completeness and wonders of our creator, savior and everlasting King.
Michele and her husband George reside in Floresville, Texas. They have five sons, two daughters and eight grandchildren. The Hills own and operate an animal hospital. Michele has the gift of giving (and humor) and is always eager to generously share her gifts and talents.
Cindy serves as the Stage/Interior Design Director for LIVE! Ministries. She owns Hill Country Interiors which she faithfully acknowledges as “God’s company”. She and her family live in San Antonio.
